When you submit a request, we collect your name, email, request title and message, consent time, and the company, budget, market, category or public profile URL you choose to provide. We use this information to review and respond to your request. You may refuse consent and continue browsing; submitting a request requires consent.

We retain the request until it has been resolved or you withdraw consent, then delete it unless a separate legal obligation requires retention. Contact SLOX to request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion. Your request is not automatically forwarded to a listed creator or published on this site.

Request records are stored in the Site’s protected database, hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. We do not collect payment information or send marketing emails from this form. The service processes connection information to deliver pages and limit abusive requests. Do not enter sensitive personal information.

Language and saved-profile preferences stay in your browser. Browser settings can erase them. We do not add advertising trackers. External profile and source links follow the destination’s policies.

Connection and operational logs / 접속·운영 로그
When you browse the website or the app refreshes the public catalog, hosting providers retain diagnostic connection and request/error logs to deliver, troubleshoot and protect the service. These logs can include IP addresses and network connection information, device/browser information in the user agent, country-level connection region, request paths and HTTP methods, response/error status and timestamps.

The hosting providers’ operational retention settings apply to these logs. For questions or requests to delete connection logs relating to you, contact SLOX support. Browsing and catalog-refresh requests do not send your saved list, private note text, search text or comparison choices. We do not sell this connection information or use it for advertising tracking.

iOS and Android app / iOS·Android 앱
The app keeps saved profiles, private notes, language preferences and a public catalog cache in the app’s device storage. VIRTUAL100 does not upload your saved list or private note text to SLOX servers. Compare selections are kept only for the current app session. About & privacy -> Clear saved profiles & notes erases the local list and notes; language and the public catalog cache are separate settings. Device or operating-system backup and restore may follow your system settings.
The app automatically checks the public catalog when it opens, and you can refresh it manually. This connects to https://getvirtual100.com/api/creators over HTTPS without sending your notes, saved list, search text or comparison choices. Hosting providers process connection information to deliver and protect the service. The app has no account, advertising or analytics SDK, and does not request location, camera or microphone access.
The current portrait set is bundled with the app. Additional portraits included in a future public catalog may be loaded from their HTTPS image URLs; the image host then processes that connection. A profile’s source and image-source links identify its public references and do not imply an endorsement or partnership.
Profile, source, privacy, methodology and optional enquiry links open your system browser. If you submit the website enquiry form, the website’s contact-data notice and consent apply; no contact form is submitted directly from the native app. The system share sheet includes only the public profile name and public URL you choose to share, without private notes.
관심 프로필·개인 메모·언어 설정·공개 목록 캐시는 앱의 기기 저장소에 보관합니다. 저장 목록과 개인 메모 내용을 SLOX 서버에 업로드하지 않습니다. 비교 선택은 현재 앱 세션에서만 유지합니다. 앱 안내·개인정보의 ‘저장 목록·메모 삭제’로 목록과 메모를 지울 수 있으며, 언어와 공개 목록 캐시는 별도 설정입니다. 기기·운영체제의 백업과 복원은 사용자의 시스템 설정에 따를 수 있습니다.
앱을 열면 공개 목록을 자동 확인하며, 직접 새로고침할 수도 있습니다. HTTPS로 https://getvirtual100.com/api/creators 에 접속하며 메모·저장 목록·검색어·비교 선택을 보내지 않습니다. 호스팅 제공자는 서비스 제공과 보호를 위해 접속 정보를 처리합니다. 계정·광고 SDK·분석 SDK가 없고 위치·카메라·마이크 접근 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
현재 사진은 앱에 포함되어 있습니다. 향후 공개 목록에 추가된 사진은 HTTPS 이미지 주소에서 불러올 수 있으며, 해당 이미지 제공자는 그 접속을 처리합니다. 공개 프로필·출처·이미지 출처는 참고 자료를 뜻하며 제휴나 보증을 뜻하지 않습니다.
프로필·출처·개인정보·차트 기준·선택한 문의 링크는 시스템 브라우저에서 엽니다. 웹 문의를 제출할 때는 웹의 개인정보 안내와 동의가 적용되며, 네이티브 앱이 직접 문의 양식을 전송하지 않습니다. 시스템 공유에는 사용자가 선택한 공개 프로필명과 공개 URL만 포함하며 개인 메모는 포함하지 않습니다.

Profile facts are attributed to linked public sources. Follower snapshots are reported by the source named next to each metric; they are not live platform verification. A listed profile does not imply a partnership, endorsement or availability for advertising. Request corrections or removal through SLOX.
